Heartfelt Hospitality in Hoshinoya Okinawa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hoshinoya has long been renowned for its impeccable service, and my recent visit was yet another shining example of that legacy. The hospitality extended by every member of the staff was not just excellent—it was extraordinary. Their warmth and attentiveness are what truly set Hoshinoya apart. Although my tight travel schedule only allowed for a one-night stay, and I sadly missed out on the many indigenous activities the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended, the experience was still deeply fulfilling. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery. Watching the sunset from my room was pure serenity—I could have sat there for hours, soaking in the view without ever growing tired. But what truly touched me was the care shown to my family, especially our 3-month-old infant. Before our arrival, I had informed the hotel via email that we’d be traveling with our baby. To our amazement, they had not only prepared a cozy cot but also thoughtfully provided all the cleaning essentials for baby bottles. It was a level of consideration that far exceeded our expectations—something we’ve never encountered at any other hotel. One moment that remains vivid in my memory was when a staff member, herself a mother, kindly helped us carry our stroller and luggage up to our second-floor room. Later that evening, while dining at Bellezza—the hotel’s exquisite fine-dining restaurant—our baby fell asleep, and the staff graciously brought out a cradle so he could rest comfortably. I was genuinely moved. What other fine-dining restaurant would offer such heartfelt service? Bellezza, without a doubt, stands alone. 🌟 In the end, what made our stay so memorable wasn’t just the stunning views or luxurious amenities—it was the exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff. They made our brief visit feel like a homecoming, and for that, I am truly grateful!

海景特別美，建築設計也很漂亮，圍牆像點點繁星，隨著陽光變化，照射在地上的光也會變化，很美好。日落也是太美了。 服務普通，體驗也都是點到為止。

星野服務一流，推薦騎馬，是很特別的項目，無邊泳池非常漂亮，周邊很多浮潛地點。小朋友們玩得很開心，星野的服務態度真的很棒，歺廳食物豐富，附近環境優美，唯一美中不足就是wifi 壞了，店方沒辦法修復，酒店即時提供換房，由於行李太多，我並不考慮，就算換了房店方收拾成本也不會低，建議加強設備管理，訂房網站也想盡辦法協調，衹能謝謝，我唯一一次想差評而因為星野服務很好改變主意，維持高評價推薦！

優點： 房間很大！藍色睡衣可以穿 小布袋可以帶走哦！ 每天都送面膜，酒店的12345護膚用上。 酒店很漂亮！可以拍拍拍！ 24小時恆溫泳池 這個太愛了！ 早餐很一般 定食的 但是飲料很好喝。 缺點：帶娃的話玩的種類不多 。

環境好，服務也好，特別是海灘特別美，住的很舒服，很休閑，活動也很多，適合帶小朋友去，地理位置比較偏，其他都很好

國慶出遊，沖繩的海超預期，酒店位置很安靜，適合度假

還可以、酒店沒有自己的沙灘，要走十分鐘去公共的～晚上西餐套餐不太好吃、可以吃別的類型～

房價都不含餐，餐的價位不合理，無論是早餐還是晚餐，晚餐最誇張，每個人超過5000塊，雖然標榜琉球風味，看過菜單，不值得！

Instalaciones excelentes, puro relax. Vistas a la playa y al mar des de la habitación espectaculares. Habitación de 10. El principal hándicap es la cantidad de niños que nos encontramos, sobretodo en la piscina. Si el hotel fuese adults only sería un auténtico lujo. Los precios del desayuno y cena son caros para la calidad/cantidad y no es tipo buffet para ppder elegir libremente. En cuanto a la ubicación, sí es cierto que está en un lugar paradisíaco, pero lejos de todo. Algo que NO nos gustó fue que nos cobraran, con el desayuno, a pesar de lo que se paga, medio vaso de leche.

晚餐選擇房間用餐，還點了二組餐，費用這麼高，卻要自己擺放，根本搞不清楚什麼餐什麼食材，跟官網上面的晚餐照片差好多，十分令人失望。這個價位，應該要幫客人擺放好吧！可以指定用餐時間，幫忙佈置餐點餐餐。
